One Dress, Many Women

As a brand, we at Bettie Page want everyone to be able to feel beautiful in all of our clothes regardless who you are, where you are, or how you wear them! To prove it, we had our lovely models of various shapes and sizes style the same dress – the Liz – the way they feel is best suited for them.

Petite Jessica: At 5’1” and with a petite frame, Jessica didn’t want to diminish her height by increasing her volume with a petticoat, so she opted for a 3/4 sleeve cardigan, a short heel, and a darling wide-brimmed hat to bring attention upward to her face! The Liz is a great length for our smaller ladies, as it does not overwhelm the person wearing it but is still modest and refined.

Average Autumn: With an average height of 5’5” and an hourglass figure, Autumn opted for a petticoat to add an extra layer of authenticity. With that lovely rounded scoop neck that the Liz features, Autumn wanted to show off her slender neck, so she put her hair into a scarf – a quick and painless vintage style! For an additional pop of color, she added a pink cardigan to bring out the pinks in the dress.

Curvy Ashlee: Watch out world because Ashlee is rocking this! Wearing a 3X in our Liz dress, Ashlee decided to don a matching flower crown, which simply goes perfectly! Since this is a fit-and-flare dress, the Liz emphasizes the smallest part of Ashlee’s waist and then flares out, making it the ultimate figure-flattering cut she was looking for!

The lesson? Never be afraid to try something on because you think you’re too skinny or too fat, or you don’t have the butt or boobs to pull it off.
